Is there any down time to this treatment? 
Typically, you shouldn't have to worry about your lymphatic drainage after effects being painful or inconvenient. However, whilst its rare, there is a potential for minor side effects, such as fatigue, nausea and headaches. You may also present the ‘plasmatic effect’ (veiny) post treatment. We advise that you rest post treatment, stay well hydrated and avoid caffeine and alcohol.

Aftercare:

• To get maximum benefits from this treatment, avoid washing your face until your night routine to allow your skin time to absorb serums.
• Avoid any exfoliating products for 48hrs after the treatment
• Avoid sunbathing or sunbeds for 48 hours after treatment
• Drink plenty of water & avoid caffeine for 12-24hours as your body is detoxing
