What is your booking policy?
All cancellations & re-schedules must be made with 48hours notice. Failing to do so will result in a 50% charge of your appointment.No shows will be charged the cancellation fee as above and refused re-booking.

Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds on any services. However, if you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your treatment, please reach out within 3 business days so we can do our best to rectify this with you.
